As a member of the public, without an Onix Work account or form submitting, does not actively track you as an individual.

If you send us an email via a form, your name, email address and other information we may be requesting will be stored in our CRM-system. This information is kept private. We will store this information within our own CRM-system so that we are able to respond to give you the information you may have requested and fulfill the request.

Should you comment on a blog post or web page on this site, your name, email address, IP address and message will be stored in our website database. This makes your name, website address and comment (but not your email address) viewable by the public on the website.

Google Tag Manager is a tag management system created by Google to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites. We use this tool o ensure we optimize your user experience on our web site

We use Campaign Monitor through Salesforce for our company's email communication to customers and non-customers. All non-customers must submit personal information to Campaign Monitor upon signing-up for our company newsletter or other email communications. Double opt-in is required to sign up for all email communications as a non-customer. All email communications include an unsubscribe button, therefore disallowing any further emails from being sent to them. This action is permanent and cannot be unchanged once completed.

AnalyticsSyncHistory: Used in connection with data-synchronization with third-party analysis service.

UserMatchHistory: Used in connection with data-synchronization with third-party analysis service.

Sets a unique ID for the session. This allows the website to obtain data on visitor behaviour for statistical purposes.

Cookie: __ptq.gif:
Sends data to the marketing platform Hubspot about the visitor's device and behaviour. Tracks the visitor across devices and marketing channels.

How this information is used

If you have chosen to share it with us, we use your email address to contact you in reply to your message, or to send you our newsletter. If you have entered your email address to leave a comment on the blog, it is used to identify your comment, however it is not displayed on the website or shared with any third party.
