Read-only users

Users of Onix Work given the read-only user privilege, can log in to Onix Work like other users. Read-only access does have some restrictions.

Read-only users can access Company, Equipment, Jobs and Documents modules. Modules are accessed on the purple menu line on the top left.
On the front page, users will be able to see graphs for files jobs, due equipment and delivered equipment.

Company module gives you an overview of all your customers, either they have Onix Work themselves or not. Read-only users can only read this information and export reports, but they cannot edit information.
Equipment module gives you overview and history on your equipment, and your customers equipment if registered or shared using Connected Companies. Like in other modules read-only users cannot add or edit information (except Status value), but you can view all documentation and equipment information. When you select an equipment, you will find information in the tabs on equipment.

In Jobs tab, users can see all filed and open jobs, but the user cannot make changes to added jobs.

To export documentation, you select document tab and choose “Open”. You can also select multiple documents and open or send them, to yourself or contacts added to the company listed as owner of chosen equipment.

Read-only users can view existing and add new notes to equipment. This is done when selecting the chosen equipment and accessing the “Notes” tab. Notes will be visible for other users. Read-only users are not able to add due dates on notes.

Read-only users can only view data in Pictures and Relations tab. No action is available.

In Issues tab, Read-only users have full access as member users where you can create/edit or change status for all issues of the selected equipment. Issues status is individual and not related to equipment status, but the incident that all users who are working with the equipment can handle.

In Maps tab, only action to view is enable for Read-only users.

In Documents module, users will find all documentation archived or related to user’s company. Use the search filter on the left side to find your specific document.
“Free-text search” will search fields Document description / document type, serial number, batch number, owner ID, job number, order number / customer order number, type / model and WLL / SWL.
