A Guide to the Documents Module in Onix Work

All certificates, inspection reports, user manuals and other documents related to your own equipment, or external equipment that you are granted access to, can be found and displayed in Documents module. These are the same documents as are available per equipment in Equipment module.

(1) In this module, you may search for the documentation by different filters in the Search filters.

Free text search will search through most fields in Onix Work and may be experienced as slower than the other specific search criteria, especially if you have a lot of documents.

Use search criteria to limit your search results, and quickly find relevant documentation. Most used search criteria are Serial number, Type/model, Ownership and Created Date. Multiple search criteria may be used simultaneously.

(2) In this module, the search results will list only the latest document of each document type connected to the equipment. For example, you will only see the latest inspection report.

In order to see all documents of each document type, select the checkbox “Extended search” at the bottom of Search filters.

(3) Select a document to view. In “Preview” tab, you can print the document directly from your browser or save it locally on your PC.
